"Angelo was the best. We had to go through a couple revisions of the plans because the bank's appraisal was much lower than we expected. Angelo, as well as Sam from Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath, was so easygoing and responsive to our many questions. During the actual work, he kept in touch with us as to what work was being done as well as when. We never felt out of the loop. We were expecting dust and disruption for a full kitchen remodel, (gutted down to the wall studs), but Angelo did a great job of minimizing the dust and disruption. When the job was done, we could not have been happier. All of our friends have the same reaction the first time they see our new kitchen, "WOW!" We highly recommend Angelo and his crew who were all highly professional and pleasant to work with. So much so, that we had a party for all them when it was done."

Kevin quoted a very reasonable price, for the project which included a start and end date, for the job. The project was started and finished within the scheduled time. Kevin is excellent with communicating what is going to happen, on the project, on a regular basis. He also answers any question you may have during the course of the job. His people are very professional and skilled, at all aspects of the project. In addition to the construction Kevin also handled all of the paper work including filing the plans, which we had already prepared, through to delivery of the C of O. Kevin also provided additional value, to the project, which just made it better, at no extra cost. "Overall everything went well. They were very responsive, came around 8:30 each day when I was told they’d arrive between 8-9, and the owner checked in on the worker each day. I was pleased he put up a plastic sheet to block off the area while sanding so the dust didn’t end up all over. The person doing the work did need to borrow our screwdriver and use a garbage bag so it was slightly surprising he didn’t have everything he’d need himself. Additionally there are a few noticeable scrape marks in the mud which will need to be patched up. For the most part though we are happy with the work and how efficient they were."

"It went very well. Inson always focused on the highest quality products that would fit the design. Also tried to get each item at the better price. Additionally he was meticulous with the project and **** ** the vendors to make no mistakes and focus on a quality outcome. Finally Inson and his team were diligent to make sure everything was constructed in the right manner. In our case the proper wiring and safest plumbing. Always relied on master builders and plumbers who new what they were doing. The final outcome was above expectations. I would keep in mind any project like ours will cost money - we spent extra with Inson but in the end it was the right thing to do and well worth it."

"I had 5 contractors come and see our project. Two were slightly cheaper than Unique Construction, but the comments and the assessment were not thorough and one of the contractors gave us a lowball estimate with the builtin "plus if we run into..." I was really glad when Unique Construction came and took a look. Unique Construction stood out compared to others by as being upfront, honest, and professional. They got the job and that was exactly how it was. They did the job within the budget. They said it costs X and it ended up costing X. Unique Construction was also active in seeking solutions, workarounds to problems, and instead of enlarging unexpected challenges, they came up with a quality solution. I would never hire anyone else in this area for a $1000+ construction job."
