Bob and his sidekick are the two main characters and they have a group of very competent sub contractors that they bring in depending on your project requirements. From the initial meeting to completion, Bob was very easy to work with. He is fully engaged during the process, keeps you informed, keeps the project moving, and insists on high quality. This review pertains to the quote process. Eric Dutra was very responsive and professional throughout the process, offering insight and past experience as part of the quote. Furthermore, he gave a very detailed and transparent breakdown of the pricing on a line item basis. The pricing seemed very fair and jived with other quotes. we received. We noticed they kept an incredibly clean site, and were very friendly when we said hello on walks, so we called for a quote on a kitchen remodel we wanted done. John came over and we were immediately impressed. You could tell he had a lot of experience as he talked us through different design options and listened to our goals for the project. After some consideration we moved forward with his team and are very happy we did. John did a great job keeping us up to date throughout the project. His team stayed on schedule and on budget (except for the additions we added to the scope) and checked in with us constantly about expectations, when we needed to select countertops, backsplash, light fixtures, etc. John would also take our call to talk through any of our questions or concerns during construction, regardless of time of day. "Curtice Group to the rescue! This was our second project with the Scott, Eric, and crew after they did our amazing kitchen remodel. We needed our basement bathroom fixed after a previous contractor back-pitched all the piping. "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"The Kinsellabuilt team is outstanding - they managed through a full gut remodel of our ~1,925 sqft home in a little over 5 months from when we got our initial quote. They have a great eye for design as well, which we found really helpful - they would ask us for input on decisions where we had personal preferences and took care of the small decisions where we didn't have preferences in ways that made a lot of sense. This was our first remodel and they were really great about giving us advice and steering us away from decisions that might be costly or not work well. They are highly responsive and quick to resolve issues. We were also really impressed by their accuracy on the cost estimate. They charged us exactly what they said they would, and anything that added cost was discussed, agreed to beforehand, and documented on the invoices. Even with the cost increases, almost all of which was due to us increasing scope, we came in within 5% of the original estimate. Would highly recommend!"
