"Martin and his team at Hartel Construction were beyond amazing. From the very first meeting, my husband and I knew he was the right guy for our job. We were looking to finish our basement and turn it into a family hang out/play space for our child. He gave us a super fair estimate and a start date and remained on schedule/ahead of schedule the entire project. I liked that his payment plan was super honest, as well. Providing payments along the way helps make sure that we were happy, but also giving him assurance to be paid on time, as well. He paid attention to detail, bringing things to our attention, providing suggestions, and answering any questions we had along the way. We did make a few changes to our initial plan, but things kept moving forward without missing a beat. The quality of his work is also exceptional. He made custom built-ins for our son's toys and they turned out amazing. At the end of his job, he did a walk through and paid attention to our notes and comments and at the end of it all, we were BEYOND pleased. The dedication to his work that him and his team have is super hard to find in other companies. There were no hidden fees, no sneaky "additional costs" based on "found" problems. His team is honest, hardworking and just plain nice guys. If you are looking to have your basement remodeled, we DEFINITELY recommend Hartel. You will not be disappointed!"

"The one I went for is Home One Home Improvements. My experience with them was very good. I was very happy. I was very satisfied and that's why I chose them. The other company was good but I preferred the Home One Home Improvements. Home One Home Improvements I the one that I chose to have the work done and they haven't done it yet. I liked the guy's presentation. He wasn't pushy. He was honest and I guess I felt more comfortable with them. I let them know that I was going to chose them and I had to send the paper work and I signed it. The cost is 2500 or something on that line because there are 2 of them."

"Morgan is truly a Jack of all trades. He has fixed interior trim, adapted and installed closet doors, built a door frame for a new door in my hallway, and rebuilt my shed and its doors. He is also on deck for installing interior window trim and a garage access door and new windows. He offers solutions to my ideas, explains what he will do, and has even offered a money saving idea on my shed. I recommend him highly."
