"We were extremely pleased with the work Kurt did on our house. He replaced the rotting wooden trim around four of our windows, replaced sections of our siding which were in rough shape, fixed a soffit and fascia that were water-damaged due to a poorly set up gutter, and a few other smaller repairs. The quality of his work was excellent, and so was his work ethic and communication. He was also very good about pointing out things that he found during the course of the work which were either done improperly before, or were a good idea to fix along with what else was being done. He always contacted us with a description (usually with a photo) and an estimate of the cost of any additional work. He was very courteous, punctual and not at all pushy. We would definitely recommend him, and will gladly call him again for our future projects."

"I hired these folks to repair a built-in gas fireplace. This company was very responsive, communicative and prompt. Our tech was Nick, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. "Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"Terrific job! I have two investment properties (a 3-family house and a 4-family house) that needed some rotted wood replaced and for the houses to be painted. I met with Leandro to get estimates for both houses. He was very easy to discuss the projects with and gave me a very fair price for both houses. He explained everything that the painters would do to prepare the house. He discussed various types of paints that would be suitable to each house. The painters did a phenomenal job. They replaced all the rotted wood, power washed, scraped, sanded, primed the entire house, and finished with a final coat of paint. They went above and beyond with the carpentry and painting. They were always available for questions or concerns. They were professional, courteous, neat and always on time. I would highly recommend this company, and I would use them again in the future."
