"Had Wayne come out to assess some doors and weatherstripping that needed repair. He was polite and knowledgeable, and spent the time to understand my budget and needs. Sent a quote over in a timely manner, but I decided to wait to do the repairs until a later date. I contacted him again a few months later for a re quote and to hire for the work, but he was very inconsistent about getting back to me, and never tried to reschedule any time for me. Had high hopes, but unfortunately would not recommend due to inconsistent and unreliable followup/scheduling."

We chose DBF because Glenn spent the time with us to tell us how his company operated and gave us advice and suggestions on how to create a kitchen that we wanted. "As a rule, I don't leave reviews. This is one that I feel is needed in these times of shady contractors and vendors who over promise and under or never deliver. I was present during the entire process. I had some serious ground shifting taking place with this terrible Colorado clay. They had to raise my garage slabs 5" in one corner next to the house foundation and level the entire garage. In addition, they leveled everything including the upper part of my driveway, sidewalk, and front porch, not a small job. They asked my opinion throughout the process and made recommendations that were very sound and using common sense to a couple of areas needing some serious attention. The professionalism and work performed is what is making me provide this review, the 5-year warrantee is an added benefit. Their work was so good that two neighbors are currently calling them for help with their own project after watching them work on my project. Always keep in mind with any large project, it's about the vendor's personnel that will deliver success or failure.
