"We had a very good experience with Progressive Restoration. Marc did a complete walk around of our home with me to identify and get feedback from me for the scope of work. He also provided us with an overview of the work he would perform. A few days later Marc provided a detailed quote listing all the work to be performed as well as the materials to be used and a starting date. He also included the company's insurance certificate and a list of references. After we agreed to work together Marc confirmed the starting date and the timeline for the key steps of the job through to completion.
