He's professional, responsive, patient and finds solutions to all issues that invariably come up when you're dealing with old homes. "The assessment appointment was accomplished quickly and the actual work was performed in a timely manner. I thought the plumber they sent was very professional and knowledgeable. When some of the brand new parts proved to be faulty, the follow-up appointment was schedule quickly and went smoothly. When some minor complications arose, I was both surprised and pleased at how the plumber went out of his way to make things perfect at no additional cost to me. The quoted price - which I believed to be reasonable - proved to be the actual price charged. Overall, I thought D Rohde did a great job. I will certainly use them again."

Two were slightly cheaper than Unique Construction, but the comments and the assessment were not thorough and one of the contractors gave us a lowball estimate with the builtin "plus if we run into..." They got the job and that was exactly how it was. They did the job within the budget. They said it costs X and it ended up costing X.
