"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

"When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"Very pleased with the quality and look of the door. The cost of the door was easily amortized by the reduction in our insurance bill.

"They did a fantastic job. Adam was our sales rep and he did a wonderful job. The installers were professional and did a great job, quick and precise. They did laser measurements beforehand and I was very impressed."

"Terrific in every way. I chose to hire these guys because I had previously purchased a "deal" by these guys, which was for 2 painters for a day, and I was very impressed by how hard they worked and what they accomplished in the designated time. So I hired them for more work I needed done. I had no difficulty scheduling. Mr Massarone and his associate were very professional. They arrived on time. This was a big and difficult job that included removing 1970s wallpaper which had been applied on almost every surface, including the kitchen ceiling. It did not strip easily. These guys did an absolutely beautiful job. The kitchen ceiling is flawless. You would never imagine what it used to look like. They finished on time. They were very neat. I would highly recommend these guys.

"George Kenney is great. He helped us with the initial floor-plan and then accommodated us when we changed our minds. He has the patience of a saint! The price quote for the full kitchen remodel is within our budget and is excellent for the size of my kitchen. Plans for the kitchen remodel will go ahead within the next few months.

"I am writing a letter on behalf of Eric Herschberger of FL Project Masters. After interviewing 6-7 potential contractors for a substantial house remodel, I met Eric. He came prepared, presented examples of his work and provided a demonstration of his capabilities. This was a substantial house remodel (more than $100k) that also included a plumbing project to replace corroded iron pipes. Therefore, the house needed to be torn apart, redesigned and finished with some degree of design. As the general contractor, Eric was the point person of the entire project. He was able to provide me with a skilled architect and engineer to design the project. This process took quite a bit of time because of some logistical challenges with the house. After 6 months of revisions, I submitted the final changes for the plans. Eric was patient during the entire process and made sure that the project was done right.
Due to the extensive nature of the project, I had to leave the house for a few weeks. It was best that I clear out due to the floor and wall demolition that had to occur. I was able to trust him with my house. I had no problems or any issues with the guys working here. They respected the place and I was able to let them do their work, confident that they were taking care of the house.
The larger project took longer than expected. It always does. Some changes were required due to specific needs and a few other items were added as the process unfolded. Eric was able to accommodate these changes and worked to get it done within the time allotted.
I would recommend Florida Project Masters. I believe that this is a company that will get the job done right and take care of you as a customer no matter what it takes. Thanks Eric for making my home beautiful. My wife and I are very happy with the amount of work that you and Mike put into the project to make sure that we got what we wanted.
Sincerely,
Scott Carney"
The proper sequence of a kitchen installation starts with laying the foundation and structural framework. From there, you need to establish utilities like plumbing, wiring, and gas lines, then install cabinetry and countertops, and finally finish with flooring, painting, tile backsplashes, and lighting. A professional kitchen installation contractor can coordinate each component of your project to minimize the timeline and maximize resources.
