"Our remodeling projects were significant and complicated: a full basement that was in shambles (partially-finished with a haphazard layout) and an upstairs hall bath that was outdated and suffering from plumbing issues. To put it bluntly, we had no idea what to do with these two problem spaces and no sense of where to start. We solicited ideas and estimates from multiple builders and remodelers, and the best response, by far, came from Matt and Redbird Remodeling. Some of the qualities that make Matt an outstanding contractor: always personable, deeply knowledgeable and experienced, quick to respond to questions or concerns, and highly professional. He has well-established relationships with range of suppliers and other contractors, and, based on our observations, they respect him and enjoy working with him. Weâ ve undertaken a half-dozen remodeling projects over the years, but weâ ve never encountered anyone with Mattâ s particular combination of abilities and qualities. He can formulate a vision for a space, communicate each step of the process in easy-to-understand terms, and then carry everything to completionâ in a timely fashion and while staying on budget. No exaggeration: that was our experience with Redbird. We were especially impressed by (and grateful for) Mattâ s flexibility and willingness to respond to our queries and worries as each project unfolded. Matt listened to our vague ideas and desires, shaped them into coherent remodeling plans, and then, in what felt very much like a collaboration, produced spaces that are functional, beautiful, and add significant value to our home. The only drawbacks we encountered during our projects involved some damaged materialsâ issues that perhaps could have been identified earlier in the process--but, when those problems occurred, Matt responded immediately to remedy them (in one case driving several hours to locate replacements for fixtures that had been discontinued). We also want to emphasize that Matt hires great people and trains them well. He was on site himself and working with them most days, and, on the occasions when he couldnâ t be there, his guys handled everything smoothly. Moreover, they made sure to clean up the work spaces at the end of every day and check in with us before leaving. Everyone from Redbird was courteous, on time, and very respectful of our family life (they even became friends with our two cats!). Our daughters never felt like their lives were disrupted, and we rarely had to alter our daily routines. Bottom line: from start to finish, Redbird Remodeling did a fantastic job. They turned an odd-shaped, largely non-functional basement into a fabulous living area with tons of storage, a full bathroom, and a new laundry room--and they gave us a gorgeous upstairs hall bath that our daughters love. We wholeheartedly recommend Redbird and definitely will work with them again for future remodeling projects."

"Hired them to redo my bathroom. 120-year-old house where nothing is square. They came in and worked with me to get what I wanted. I was extremely happy with all the options they showed me and m just over the moon at the results. Felice did all the planning and helped me pick out the colors and options that I wanted and her crew led by Caleb came in and did an outstanding job. I absolutely couldn't be any happier and have hired them to re redo my attic next. They took that old run down bathroom and made it something that I'm smiling. Every time I look at it. "Indiana Foundation Services came out to assess cracks in my foundation. I have half basement and half crawl space. The cracks were on the crawl space side. After measurements, the side of house with the crawl space was determined to have settled 1/2 an inch. Recommendation was to put four piers to stabilize house over crawl space to prevent further settling and to prevent potential extensive damage to the house if/when settling continued. One of the piers went down 32 feet before hitting solid rock. Three piers were on the outside of house and one inside the crawl space due to buried electrical and air conditioning. The job required hard work, knowledge and skill to effectively remedy the issue for life of the house. Aaron Ewert, Tyrone Moore, Darl Barr, and Josiah Dutton were fantastic. They were a cohesive team working efficiently to get the job done in two days. I, also, had an issue with the footer in the crawl space. The footer did not extend all the way to the basement wall - 44 inch gap. I requested that be fixed. The price quoted, which I reluctantly paid, was not calculated correctly. Aaron saw the error and refunded a considerable amount of the price for the additional work. Aaron could have ignored the error and collected the overage, but this company has a reputation for customer satisfaction and retention of clients. Obviously, I was extremely happy to get the refund for the overage. I recommend this company and especially this crew!"
