The space had to be completely gutted down to the studs and completely redone. The contractor we had used several times over the years retired, so we needed someone new who we could trust. Radical Renovations (Angelo) was recommended to us by N & S Supply in Kingston and I'm SO happy we hired him! He's professional, responsive, patient and finds solutions to all issues that invariably come up when you're dealing with old homes. Plus, the crew who he brought in to work with him was also pleasant and professional. I would absolutely hire Angelo again...in fact I already am!"

Kevin quoted a very reasonable price, for the project which included a start and end date, for the job. The project was started and finished within the scheduled time. Kevin is excellent with communicating what is going to happen, on the project, on a regular basis. He also answers any question you may have during the course of the job. His people are very professional and skilled, at all aspects of the project. In addition to the construction Kevin also handled all of the paper work including filing the plans, which we had already prepared, through to delivery of the C of O. Kevin also provided additional value, to the project, which just made it better, at no extra cost. "It went wonderfully. Sean and Kyle were the two men who primarily performed all the sheetrocking, installing lights, and painting. They were punctual, polite, totally trustworthy, and really good at what they do -- I gave them my house key in case I was out. I have never before felt comfortable doing that. But with these guys, no problem. Dave had prepared me beforehand about the extent of the work, and what to expect, but even so I had some questions, and often the same ones every day. Sean and Kyle didn't seem phased at all, and provided answers to all my questions. Dave checked in with me each night by phone to see if everything was OK. And what's more incredible, whenever I called him, he answered the phone. In my experience, this is very unusual for a contractor to do. I have to say, I was expecting this kind of excellence from them, as my neighbors used them repeatedly, and raved. Well, I'm raving now also. Use these guys and you won't be disappointed."

"Bought a faucet at Lowe's. After looking at the connections for a pedestal sink, I decided to have this one professionally installed. It was a two hour procedure for a professional plumber. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."
