He also provided us with an overview of the work he would perform. A few days later Marc provided a detailed quote listing all the work to be performed as well as the materials to be used and a starting date. He also included the company's insurance certificate and a list of references. After we agreed to work together Marc confirmed the starting date and the timeline for the key steps of the job through to completion. Marc demonstrated a very professional approach throughout this initial stage.
