"I highly recommend this company for its service, professionalism, and detail to workmanship. From start to finish, I felt like this company had our interests as customers at heart. It started with the president of the company calling to see if everything was starting on schedule and to our satisfaction. During the work, there were some problems, but they handled every single issue promptly, professionally, and to our total satisfaction. The materials and their choices were outstanding. The 2 bathrooms worked on look stunning. We had shower doors and a vanity installed and replaced in a guest bath, and in the master, we had a tub ripped out and a huge double shower installed alongside a linen/medicine closet and a double vanity installed. The floor was also redone. The materials we selected and their construction techniques and methods have created bathrooms we have always wanted in our home. We are completely delighted with the work and how it looks. Sean, our salesman, put together a perfect package with great deals for us. And as for the workmen: the guys on site, Tito, Mario, and Fernando are truly outstanding, hardworking, and highly skilled. They are master craftsmen. The man who helped design and install the double shower door--I think his name is Caesar--was efficient and created a beautiful showpiece. Everything was done promptly, and within 2 weeks from start, we had 2 finished bathrooms that we are delighted with. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision. The staff is truly amazing. I have nothing but praise for them. Bravo and thank you!"

"After a few estimates by other companies that I was not happy with, I called Tri State. Patryk was very professional, friendly, and affordable. He responded to my request in a timely manner and provided an estimate within 24 hours. He scheduled work within a week and was prompt and courteous as was his assistant. He power washed and sealed my new wood fence and gates. Additionally, he treated and sealed my deck and railing which had stained over the past few years. The wood is now as bright as the new fence. "I hired Mr. G Handyman to fix all the neglected repair issues around the house of my father to get it ready to sell after he passed. It needed paint everywhere, old carpets ripped up and floors sanded, kitchen cabinets refreshed with paint and new hardware, vinyl siding pressure washed, he even mulched and planted flowers for us. "Basement remodel. After researching and interviewing various contractors I decided to go with Home Improvements Done Right. I spoke with Daniel/owner regarding a remodel of my outdated 1960s basement/family room. (You know what I'm referring to- that ghastly shag carpet, the old wall paneling, the crappy ceiling, an old brick & mortar bar, etc. etc.) It would start with a complete gutting (and removal) of all the old crap, and then a modern update! Daniel was quite personable and presented a fair estimate for the entire project. The remodel included sheetrock to the walls (1/2") & ceiling (5/8"), laying a floating floor (two rooms), adding a large storage closet, molding, trim and paint. From start to finish the job lasted the predicted 2+ weeks. Most of the work was done by a two man crew (Cesar & Josue-both very reliable, polite and respectful). Daniel, though not always present was available anytime I called him. During the remodel process several options were presented (by Daniel or myself) to possibly enhance the outcome. Though I did anticipate additional expense with "incidentals" I may want, they do add up very quickly. (For example: I noticed there was no insulation behind the removed paneling so I wanted insulation added to the walls which had not been included in the original estimate.) NOTE: There will always be some type of issue that has to be addressed (meaning more expenditures) with a job this size, you can bet on it! This is NOT something derogatory directed at Home Improvements but you know something always comes up. Upon near completion (they had to return a couple of days later to add some trim which hadn't arrived yet-not their fault). Dan insisted that I withhold some of the payment until the job is completely finished. Overall, I'm very satisfied with entire project. It looks great! I have another smaller project in mind and I will definitely be calling Home Improvements (to get the job) Done Right."
