Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. "In 2011 I bought a small farm in Alachua which my daughter lives on with her horses. The property has a 19 year old mobile home on it that was in need of some TLC when we bought it. Even though we eventually plan to build a new house on the property, we would like to get as much remaining life out of the current house as possible! 
I originally called Tom to replace a broken sliding door back in November 2012. He responded within an hour of my first call and was out to do the work within 2 days as agreed upon. 
When Tom did a great job on the door, I showed him a number of other projects (listed above) that I wanted to have done and started scheduling the work. He got all of the work done by February 2013. As you can see from the list of things Tom has been able to do for us, he is very well rounded and capable of doing just about any type of handy man work.
Recently when a pipe was leaking and causing a flood in the yard, my daughter called Tom and he had the problem taken care of that same day.
We keep Tom on speed dial and have a number of future projects lined up for him. :)
