"Ok looking for someone to remodel our house was hard work. Look no further. We got so lucky to find Bay easy construction the most amazing company that took good care us. We had and old kitchen and two bathrooms that needed work. In addition, all the interior of the house was painted and the old popcorn ceiling was removed. We also upgraded the electric system in the house and installed a new paneling. During the process Ofer advised to change the flooring and we went from carpet to tile and it made a dramatic difference for the best. Ofer gave us a tempting price to get it done and we are so happy we decided to do this. All the work finished for less than two months. Yay! Construction can be painful but this was a very pleasant experience. Ofer and Bay Easy Construction is a responsive, quality company that is concerned with customer satisfaction. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I felt that they really listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my dreams. "Lindgren Construction is busy, probably because of the overall high ratings. We contacted Eric for an estimate and recommendations about what to do about two sets of leaky French doors. One door had split along the bottom. He went over options and recommended clad doors emphasizing it was more expensive but he felt they'd hold up to the exposure our doors get. His estimate might not be the lowest, but it was fair especially considering the quality of the work and his standards, The work began a few weeks after our first contact. Eric's communication during the work is excellent. He called at the end of each day, texted information about times and next steps. He called to make sure the sub contractors had done work to our satisfaction and that the "work site" was left clean. My wife was impressed by the fact that we would not have known workers had been in our home if not for the the work they had completed. The project required removal of some stucco. Eric consulted with us regarding choices regarding patching the stucco. We decided to go with foam and painting the stucco the trim color, because matching 13 + year old stucco and new paint would be a challenge. The end result looks great. I appreciated Eric's communication, responsiveness to any concerns. He demonstrated a commitment to making sure we were not just satisfied but completely happy. We are not quite done at this writing, but I kept getting e-mails from Angie's List to enter a review. "I worked with Ilan Sigura about 16 years ago for remodeling the house my wife and I purchased and for remodeling a rental property we own in the bay area. We were very happy with the service and the quality of work. Since then, we left the bay area moved to Southern California.
