He clearly understood the entire process and willingly provided valuable inputs/advice that enabled a better visualization of the space. Despite some challenging circumstances (winter weather, COVID lockdown, etc) the company did a great job of being transparent about timing and did their best to finish the job to meet our expectations. They clearly articulated timeline expectations, and showed up at our home when they said they would. They encouraged us to review their progress each and every day and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up each day both inside our home and outside in the garage. We had no reservations leaving them alone in our home, to run errands or go to appointments.
