"For the past few months, I have had the pleasure to work with Rob and schwalb builders. Our entire family have had a very pleasant experience, and the customer service provided throughout the entire 5 months was very personalized and thoughtful. All together we had a team of 15 professionals working on our project. That included the company designer, architect/ engineer and the crew who performed the work. We hired schwalb builders to completely redesign our home. We relocated the kitchen, added a bathroom, remodeled our guest bathroom, living room and all 4 bedrooms. Schwalb builders had performed a home remodel and extension to our neighbors property, and since we were planning on having a home remodel ourselves, we paid close attention to the remodeler`s work ethics and visited the neighbors home a couple of times during the project. That is how we met rob who was the project manager at that time. We were very impressed with the team`s rate of progress and noted that they showed up to work every single day. Once we saw the end result and quality of work, we decided to hire schwalb builders and asked to have rob as our project manager. We met with a couple of other local companies just for the sake of research and price comparison and because of this we knew that schwalb builders were offering a fair price for their work. To sum up our experience with schwalb builders would have to say that they have lived up to their reputation. "My cement front porch was sinking and crooked. Because the porch had sunk, the porch post had detached from the porch ceiling, so I was wedging it to prevent it from falling over. I also had a cracked driveway and needed a piece of house siding near the porch replaced because it had dried cement on it. I received estimates from several contractors listed on the HomeAdvisor website. The contractors I spoke with said they could not fix or replace my porch post nor replace the house siding piece, and some of them provided written cost estimates without itemizing the work they would perform. I was relieved to learn upon meeting with Jason of S & R Eagle Services that this company was capable of fully completing my project. I do not regret my decision to hire S & R Eagle Services. This company performed honest, professional work. The workers were skilled and cleaned up daily. My porch and driveway look beautiful now, and my porch post and siding piece have been replaced and painted to match my home. GOOD COMPANY"
