"I am writing this to comment on the work of CFI Home Improvement. I hired Misael to completely remodel my bathroom. First of all, his price was very fair. His work was beyond good and his work ethic was very professional. He took the time to ask my wife what she wanted and gave us great ideas. Even when my wife changed something, he quickly adapted. He came on time and even went to Lowe’s at night getting materials for a change order. I noticed that he took great pride in his tools. He had very good tools and he knew how to use them. He was very clean as he laid down tarps and cleaned up the inside as well as the outside. He worked very hard without really taking anything more than a lunch break. Misael did quality work. His dry walling and laying down of the floor was great. His plumbing and tile skills were just as good. We have no complaints. He chose a great color for the wall paint as well. Misael was really a gentleman as well as a skilled worker. My dog was happy to see him every day too. I got to know him while he was here and I cannot say enough about him. He can be trusted and will do a first class job for you. By all means consider him before you remodel."

"Sina and his team at BAS construction are top notch. From the initial meeting Sina had a ton of creative ideas that helped us build the vision we wanted for our house. We used them for our master bathroom, laundry room relocation and mudroom remodel. They handled everything to do with the permits which was extremely convenient for us but also if we ran into any issues they always were right there with solutions and suggestions. Remodeling is expensive, there really is no two ways about that, but we had limited surprises that came up and Sina was always very transparent about everything with us. "I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. "We partnered with Wilber’s for external painting and repair. This included replacing wood with composite where necessary and removal of wood shutters and replacement with polypropylene ones. What distinguished this company from others was the following: Danny S. was the estimator and initially met with my husband. Just prior to the start of the project, Danny returned with the foreman Olger A. He went through the project again with us and talked to Olger about job specifics. Olger is an amazing foreman, on time, efficient, skilled, detailed and an excellent project manager. Danny returned mid project to discuss the work with us and review a repair with Olger. They also did extra work for us not covered with the additional estimate which was handled very efficiently. Additionally, they did some picky repairs, such as reattaching a leader to the house, which was appreciated. The result was a beautiful house with great curb appeal – the result of good teamwork. We highly recommend them."
