"Matt and his crew recently remodeled our mudroom/laundry room, to include a foot washing/doggy shower area, beautiful new tile flooring, new lighting, loads of custom cabinetry and custom lockers. We could not be more pleased with the end result and had such a wonderful experience with Matt and his crew. Everyone was very respectful of our home and environment, and cleaned up their work spaces at the end of each and every day. Excellent craftsmanship, communication and professionalism throughout the entire project! Even after things were seemingly said and done, he returned to fix an issue that arose after a final adjustment from a sub-contractor, for which we are extremely grateful! We smile every time we walk into our new, beautifully updated space and look forward to working with MH Renovations again for additional upcoming projects. We felt like a team working together to make it an enjoyable experience. No conflict or change order was an issue. All issues were worked through with calm experience. I never felt any frustration. Paul was fantastic to go the extra mile with additional work needed, like trimming off a window, door and replacing lights. He made sure the cabinets and counter tops were perfect. Brittany also was fantastic with and wonderful help to pick out the look I desired. She guided me through different designs, picking in the end one I love. Sometimes communication with remodels is a problem, but not here. Courteous, always calling to say when coming over and always available on phone to help with my different ideas! "We had a one car garage and a family room torn down and replaced with a two car garage, larger family room, mud and laundry room along with a screen in porch. The quality of work was excellent. Communication was top notch, no surprises. Overrun costs were minimal and communicated beforehand. Minimal means less than 5%(likely closer to 1%) of overall cost. My wife and I were also wanting to do some of the finish work to help alleviate costs and Chet and his crew had no problem allowing that along with communicating exactly what they were doing and what we would do. In short we would certainly hire them again. We actually did to do some repairs on an unrelated project and are planning on having them back for a few other projects."
