"We had interviewed a handful of contractors (the ones who actually showed up to the appointments we made). Some showed up and didn't send estimates or wanted to start without providing one. Or provided overpriced estimates. We were starting to worry...and then we found Arta Construction. We knew instantly we found an honorable, experienced and professional company. Andy is someone who you can shake hands with and know he is going to get the job done. The fit, finish, quality and attention to details were amazing. The heavy doors and special additions to our pre war apartment had a lot of tricky challenges to overcome - uneven floors, leaky windows and radiators - Andy and Arta had a smart solution to any problem and the end result was beautiful. We have a brand new and updated "old detailed" apartment. It is a dream come true. All this was accomplished during the challenging time of the pandemic with many additional restrictions put on us in a building with many, many rules. Arta always had permits in good order, followed all building rules and there was never a single complaint from neighbors. It is so important to have building management not take issue with your contractor. We had no problems at all during a major project. Communication was excellent throughout our relationship. The Arta crew always came to work prepared and with a "no nonsense, get to work attitude" that you appreciate. They value your time and money invested in your project. Our estimate was very reasonable and we stayed perfectly on budget. I highly recommend Arta for projects big and small. They are true artisans and craftsmen and take pride in doing things right and making it right for thier customers. My building super asked if my apartment could be used as a showplace for neighbors to see during construction because it was asked about so often when word got out about our progress. All of our expectations were exceeded. There was never a question or change we asked for that was ever refused. We have already engaged Arta to renovate another apartment for a family member. We are very happy to have Arta Construction as our contractor. They earned our business and will continue to be our construction specialists."

"I am very happy with the job that LJ&A Construction did for my project. The owner of the company went above and beyond. I still continue to use him and will in the future. Great job by he and his team!"

"I highly recommend Proper Contracting and would definitely use them again. From day one till the finished product, Hoq and crew were very professional, friendly and courteous. Kitchen came out like something out of a magazine. Hoq thank you so much."

"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

"You won’t find a better remodeling business Elite Tech Remodeling. I am so pleased with the work they have done for me over the past couple months. A highly qualified architect will guide you through every detail of planning and design. On top of that, a contractor will lay out the project, and plan, problem solve and execute all while staying on schedule and in budget! I love my kitchen now. If you need any renovations I, HIGHLY, recommend these guys."

"Allauca Construction was a pleasure to work with. Alfredo was professional and attentive. He was patient and answered all of my questions. In addition they did a stellar job with my remodel. I will definitely hire them in the future."

"David and his team were amazing to work with. They did our apartment renovations beautifully and on time. We had a very tight timeline before moving into our new home and the Mayanda team worked extremely efficiently without sacrificing quality. David was very communicative and responsive throughout, answering our questions promptly and even sending over in-progress videos. David has an eye for detail and made great suggestions as we were planning out our renovations. Some of his fixes were so seamless that you'd never guess there was anything wrong there in the first place -- beautiful work fixing up some broken heater covers, rehanging a crooked door, building a custom linen closet for the bathroom, and installing shoe molding, as well as repainting the whole apartment. The Mayanda team were professional and easy to work with. We love how our apartment renovations turned out! Would highly recommend Mayanda to anyone looking for a contractor!"

"TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"

"I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. Very reputable guys and very easy to deal with. Thanks Moises and Eddy."

"Working with C&M was an incredible experience! We gutted our first and second floor and did a complete remodel. It required us to move out for 3 months. Matt, Jose and his guys started ON TIME, finished ON TIME and stayed WITHIN BUDGET! I never got hit with ridiculous add-ons or delays and Matt was incredibly communicative and respectful of my time and requests. The pricing was incredibly fair and transparent (and I got quotes from 5 contractors prior to C&M). I did not even have a punch list when we were done! His team is incredibly efficient, respectful and clean. The work was done beautifully and all of C&M recommendations were sound and just as reliable and honest as their company. I had renovated my basement when I first moved in and that project was a very different, not so easy and much more expensive experience. I am so sorry I did not know about C&M then and would NEVER do another job without them as my contractor. I cannot recommend them enough and promise you that if you decide to work with them, you will understand just how accurate this review is."
