"Everything was amazing!  Mike and Judy were very detail oriented and offered suggestions about layout.  Judy was able to foresee possible problems with some of my ideas and was able to explain how we could accommodate my wishes in a more user-friendly way.  She also offered ideas of features that she and her other clients had put in their kitchens or wished they had put in their kitchens.  For example, she suggested that I have a cabinet dedicated to containing my wastebasket.  She also warned me of features that she knew from experience had not worked out well.  I had the option of having knife holders installed in a drawer.  She knew that people who installed those were not happy with them.  Mike made lots of suggestions about the locations of the lights and of the outlets and switches.  These were things that I would never have thought about.  
She took me to Indianapolis to pick out the granite for my countertop.  She was able to talk the granite supplier into a lower price. Next we went to a tile store to choose my backsplash.  With her help, I was able to choose a backsplash that is PERFECT. After a long day of decision making, Judy took me out to lunch, her treat.
The work was completed in a timely fashion.  Both Mike and Judy made sure that I was happy with everything in the completed project before asking for my final payment.  They even had an amazing gift for me.  They had the granite fabricator make a Lazy Susan out of the granite that was my countertop.  It is gorgeous and useful.  What a wonderful surprise that was.
Judy called me a month or two after the job was finished to make sure that everything was still to my satisfaction and encouraged me to call her if I ever had a problem with any of their work.
When Mike finished the job, he cleaned up all of his work area in my garage so that it looked as though he had never been there.
Who could ask for more??  I am delighted with my new kitchen.
I plan to hire them again to remodel a bathroom.

Carmel had a bunch of extra requirements but eventually we got the permit with extra additions and Maynor himself did a great job handling the changes and keeping us in the loop! "I'm a stickler on quality work and communication. Jeff is very professional and responds in a timely fashion. He is very up front, let's you know all the ins and outs of the project and will give his input when asked to do so. You can tell he takes pride in his work! I ended up getting several bids for this landscaping project, more than usual. Jeff was not the lowest bid and, in fact, he was in the higher end of the bids. I don't buy on price, I buy on trust, responsiveness, and gut feel. I was very comfortable with Jeff from the first time we met to review the project. His crew is next to none! They do great work, clean up as if they were never there and the overall product is fantastic. Although this was a few thousand dollar project, I realize it's still a "small" project on their standards but they treated me as if I were their only customer. During the actual project I added an additional tree and Jeff responded immediately, that same day in fact.
