"The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."

My first interaction was with the young lady who answered the phone & she was extremely pleasant. We set  up an appointment for the Designer to come out & he was prompt & courteous. He gave us a lot of information about products, the company & time frames for our projects. He also explained that he was going to draw the kitchen & why. We set a second appointment for him to come back. When he returned, he had everything ready for us & to save a substantial amount of money, we started the project. This was the best decision we have made in a long time...especially on this big of a purchase, as we have been saving for a long time for this. (We had obviously done our research on Jericho & trusted their abilities)
The project began as expected...and although there were a couple of short delays(to be expected with a remodel) we watched our kitchen & baths be transformed in to amazing rooms!
We absolutely love the finished product & Mike (our project manager) did a fantastic job coordinating all of the installers with each project & keeping us informed. The quality of products are exceptional...just as we expected. We truly are happy with this project & process. We have done other remodels in the past with other companies (and the projects were much smaller) and they were not good experiences.

"Bryce Brown was punctual, knowledgeable, extremely efficient and thorough. I contacted Home Depot for a free quote later in the evening and was contacted later that day to schedule my appointment. They were able to get me in the very next day, and worked with my schedule. Mr. Brown arrived on time and was prepared to conduct a very thorough examination of what we were wanting to do for our bathroom remodel. Before rushing to look at the bathroom, Mr. Brown took the time to write down and evaluate everything we were wanting to do for both of our bathrooms. After establishing a consensus of the work wanting to be done, he took an in-depth surveyal of the bathrooms, even identifying problem areas in the bathroom with a digital microscope. After educating us further on the potential problems for the bathrooms he presented us with several options for solutions, and evaluated the pros and cons for each option. Upon determining our preference for solution, he again walked us through each of our design options and how they would realistically function for our bathroom and our relative wants and needs for the remodel. After proceeding with the design options, Mr. Brown was able to work his magic and land us a few discounts, saving us quite a bit of money. He also made it clear that as an established company they were able to offer us a better deal as well as timeline than most (if any) of the other companies in the KC, Mo area- and Iâ d have to agree! Overall, our first experience with Four Seasons went wonderfully and I am truly excited to see our home transform.
