He examined our roof condition, discussing the work needed, and made recommendations. We had some rescheduling for weather, but the main roof work was completed in a day... Some additional soffit work and gutter replacement were done promptly, scheduled on near-following days. Their crew did great clean-up work, leaving the surrounding driveway and yard cleaner than they found it! There were a few additional charges beyond the estimate for unforeseen items, like replacing a bit of moisture-damaged underlayment, but those had been mentioned in our contract, so were understood."
