"When considering firms to finish our basement, we met with and obtained quotes from 5 building contractors.  What struck my
wife and I about Jason Jumper (Blue Mountain Building and Remodeling Inc) was his vision for the project.  My children, 5 & 7 were running around during the meeting, and he seemed to feed off of them.  I mentioned the basement?s primary use was to serve as a play room for the kids, with an entertainment area for family movies etc.  He took the time to listen to our ideas and he was able to make suggestions based on his experience.  Watching the kids playing around, he suggested creating a ?fort area? including a small kid-sized door to access the area under the stairs.  
The other firms we met with either came to our home with their own ideas on how they wanted us to do the project, or did not seem trustworthy, or the cost was through the roof.
After selecting Blue Mountain Building and Remodeling Inc., Jason Jumper was able to provide an accurate timeframe for the project.  The speed and productivity of his team was impressive, but the quality of the work was PHENOMENAL.  We simply cannot say enough about the quality of the work and the attention to detail.  There were several very minor things we
noticed that were not perfect, but we figured it was not a big deal.  However, THEY made sure to point those (very minor) things out to us, and discussed what they were going to do when redoing the work.  These were small things that most contractors would not address.  For example, there were small areas where the paint wasn?t perfect because the paint was drying too fast.  Instead of touching up just those areas, they applied an entire new coat of paint throughout the entire basement, so everything was uniform.  There were even a few minor changes or additions that my wife and I wanted to incorporate that were not initially a part of the plan.  They addressed those items with no issues, and the end result was perfect.
This project literally went off without ANY issues.  The team working at the house was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.  The quality of the work completely exceeded our expectations.  And the price was definitely on the lower end of the quotes we received.  We cannot say enough great things about our basement and the work Jason?s team did.  I will gladly serve as a reference for Blue Mountain Building and Remodeling Inc moving forward and will certainly use them for any future home improvement projects.

"Dwayne and his small team converted a second floor dilapidated deck and sunroom into an addition with seven huge windows and a metal roof. The addition is well-insulated with two floor-mounted BTU heating/air conditioning units. Parts of the project were sub-contracted such as flooring, roofing, HVAC, drywall and electrical. All were done well. They also installed new decking along the side of the house to even it out with previously installed concrete work; renovated the exterior chimney to stop a terrible draft; and repaired our garage roof, which was damaged in a storm. Dwayne worked with us to make sure his work would meet with our vision of what the addition should look like and we are quite happy with the final product. Overall we are very pleased with the work done and felt the price was reasonable."

"We had Home Pros Remodeling of Central Pa remodel our kitchen in 2020 and were thrilled with the design by Andrea Woodall and knew we would hire them back to remodel 2 bathrooms. The project started 2 months earlier than expected which is unheard of in the construction business and was completed on time. "This company did an amazing job removing old carpet and installing luxury vinyl tile (LVP) for a very reasonable price. The whole process was straight forward and there was no hard sell or gamesmenship we experienced with other contractors. The work was done in a timely manner as arranged by the company. The workmanship completely transformed the space. The base molding and shoe molding and caulking was flawless. The workers cleaned up after themselves and they did not damage the walls as other contractors have done. We would definitely hire this company again when we need flooring.
