This included the addition of a laundry room and handicapped accessible bathroom as well the relocation/ enlargement of the kitchen and the creation of breakfast nook area to the existing first floor of my home. Shawn helped me visualize various options to the work and often offered suggestions that surpassed my original expectations. He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. Although I ended up paying than what I had originally budgeted for my new patio, I’m more than happy with the final outcome, largely due to the excellent service and quality job that was provided by Joe and his team. 

From the beginning, Joe established an immediate trust and credibility with me.  Not only was Joe highly knowledgeable and responsive, he was also very helpful in providing creative design ideas for our new patio (i.e., Joe has excellent listening and consultative skills).  We now have a beautiful patio, largely thanks to Joe’s design ideas.

Joe and his team demonstrated quality workmanship and professionalism throughout the entire project.  They answered all of my questions immediately and addressed my additional asks/requests without charging me for the extra effort.  Joe even included nice landscaping work around the sitting walls and pavers at no charge, not because I asked for it, but because he felt that our patio would look much nicer with additional landscaping…definitely going above and beyond the call of duty and demonstrating customer-centricity at its best!

In all, Joe and his team exceeded my expectations in many areas.  I would definitely consider Joe for future landscaping and/or hardscaping projects without any hesitation. Thank you Joe!
