I appreciated his suggestions, and the photos he was able to provide gave me a good idea of how it would turn out. A remaining concern was getting it done by July 11. In spite of their busy schedule, I was assured they could do it by then. Michael kept me informed about their plans to get started and arrived mid-week to review the details with his job foreman. The crew arrived at 7 am on Thurs July 6 to begin preparing the site, and worked 2 long days (in 99� heat) to have it completed Friday evening. I appreciated their skill and how well they worked together. I look forward to years of enjoying this beautiful and low-maintenance enhancement to my property."

"This was no small project and this contractor is not typical... a second floor deck around 3 sides of a 6 bedroom house done in a way I could park a car on the deck. Workmanship was 5 star, worked full days, used quality materials and the fit and finish is beyond our expectations. Phil and his crew are AMAZING!! I only have pictures of the two additional projects, one a storage area and the other an eating area built on top of a tree with a 1.5" gap between deck and tree platform to conform to code. "Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office.
