We could not be more pleased with the end result and had such a wonderful experience with Matt and his crew. Excellent craftsmanship, communication and professionalism throughout the entire project! "Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"My wife and I made the decision to remodel our kitchen but had no idea what we were doing and only a vague vision of what we wanted it to look like. Ed met with us at our house and brought numerous samples of cabinet doors, flooring and counter tops. He spoke with us at length about our vision for the home and helped us figure out a design. He was upfront and honest, assuring us his company would not be the lowest bid but the quality of their work was unmatched, which ultimately held true. He encouraged us to seek additional bids but after meeting with him we weren't interested in doing so. We hired them to redo our flooring for the majority of the second level of our home and completely remodel our kitchen. It took us a long time to pick our materials and I repeatedly bounced ideas off of Ed. Once we had everything picked out Ed ordered the materials and gave us a time frame for when the job would start. We rented a dumpster to do the demolition ourselves. The company ended up delayed on another job and the start date was pushed back a week. Without us asking, Ed contacted the dumpster company and paid for an extended rental so we wouldn't have to remove everything early. That meant a lot to us. When they started the job was primarily completed by Johnny and Frank. They were always on time, were polite, professional and always willing to address our concerns. They worked in our house when we weren't home and even when we were on vacation, we had no issues whatsoever. When the job was close to complete, Johnny went as far as to clean our upstairs and arrange the furniture to look nice for us. They really go above and beyond. We could not be happier with the work they did. Our kitchen is beautiful now, we are so glad we decided to work with Master Craft and Design. To anyone reading this review, hire this company. Do not waste your time dealing with anyone else."

"We've had experience with renovations in the past, and this was by far our best experience. Frank was transparent and good at communicating. We stayed completely on budget (aside from a few things we added at the end), and the timeline for the most part was met as promised. (We were aiming to be done by Christmas, and aside from the cabinet crown molding and 4 drawer faces, everything was done). Chris, whom did most of the work in our kitchen, was fantastic. Personable, great workmanship, and provided suggestions and input based on his experience. Frank and Chris were also very easy to work with as we wanted to own some of the design elements but needed the helping installing them - i.e. farmhouse sink, backsplash, lights, island design, etc. Frank and Chris were clear about the specs that needed to be met, we purchased the items, and then they installed/built them. It was an easy partnership, and we would work with G&G Kitchen and Bath Restoration again."

Team is well organized and very responsive to all our questions, modifications or changes during the project. Left the place clean afterwards at end! Price was reasonable as compare to others! I suggest, if one plan to remodel a bathroom, make the design a head of time, purchase items, matching Tiles, pencils and grout based on your taste and design, and then discuss the plan with Envy Project Manager, Scott was great to work with.
