"After remodeling our basement, kitchen, and master bath we couldn't be happier with Perry Brothers Construction. Bill and his crew have completed numerous small and large scale projects for us and I've always felt like a priority customer."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Very well. The upstairs bathroom we added an easy access shower to a half bath. To accomplish this we had to gut the bathroom back to the studs, correct some wall framing, lay new pipes, get a 60" x 33" shower in, drywall, tile the floor, add a new toilet and reinstall a pedistal sink. Because we were living in the house this all had to be done keeping the downstairs bathroom working. When the upstairs bath was finished, the first floor bath was gutted and once again reinsulated, new drywall, a new floor, new plumbing, a new tub/shower and sink were added. Trust me, while this all looks so easy on TV, it really takes some time, and you have to allow for that. Asa Wagner is a delight to work with and a perfectionist. I am very happy with the finished projects and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone."

"Norman Builders was a great partner in our home addition project. It's no surprise to anyone that construction projects encounter hiccups and this one was no exception. Norman Builders, however, was very responsive, competent in resolving unanticipated conditions, and communicated every step of the way. Their attention to detail was meticulous and they clearly took pride in their work. We highly recommend them!"

"Chris Ayotte went up and beyond to provide the perfect solution to our kitchen addition. His efforts and constant communication helped us through the process. He is a man of his word and a very kind gentleman. His prices are fair and he's a hard worker. I'd hire him in the future always."

"I was so happy with my previous bathroom remodel from Extreme Makeover I hired John again to do another Project on the upstairs bath. Again, the results were better than I anticipated. John Leahy, owner and his associate John produced a beautiful and updated look. The craftsmanship was impeccable and they were always on time and finished the project earlier than promised. John is very courteous and approachable and is easy to relate to. I know you will be very pleased with Extreme Makeover for your next home project."

"This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to put an addition on. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! I will have to remember next time that remodeling is a bit of a noisy process, but I can handle the noise for such a beautiful outcome! You will not be disappointed!"

"We had the most amazing experience with our basement remodeling. It was done quickly and efficiently. The end product was exactly what we wanted, gaining additional space and comfort. We utilize the new space as a den for our family to play games and watch movies. It’s our new favorite spot in the house. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a basement remodel."

"We were extremely pleased with the quality and attention to details they had, extremely pleased with the outcome of this remodeling"

"We hired All Work Construction to update our master bathroom, including marble floor and shower walls, custom niche, new tub, vanity with marble top, electrical etc. I'm a designer and perfectionist, so this job was rather complex, with a few minor hick-ups. All Work Construction did an amazing job overall, Vlad and his team were very responsive and pleasant to work with. We love our new dream bathroom! Would like to hire them again, to remodel our kids' bathroom :)"
