"We had an outstanding experience working with Alan and his crew. They remodeled our kitchen and completed additional work. .The results exceeded expectations. Alan brought valuable design insight to the project, helping us make smart decisions that improved the look and functionality of the space. His guidance was thoughtful, practical and informed by his experience. He made me more confident in my design choices The team installed Quartize countertops, handled painting and repairs, and took care of every detail with skill and professionalism. Communication was clear throughout the process. What sets them apart is that no job is too big or too small - everything was handled with the same level of care and attention. I especially appreciated that they showed up when they said they would and if there were delays they contacted us. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Alan and his crew to anyone looking for a contractor who truly delivers."

"Rob did a fantastic job on my casita remodel and closing in my garage. Really easy to work with. He was honest and really great communicating with me, which is very rare nowadays. Definitely will hire him again."

"The communication with the estimator who presented a complete written estimate, and with the workers was excellent and consistent throughout the project. I found that to be most satisfactory. The kitchen cabinets were refinished excellently, the counter top required special fitting and turned out beautifully. All the completed project with its many parts was addressed and completed to my satisfaction. Additionally the cooperation in use of masks and care of the working space was very well addressed. I would recommend this company. And if I needed any future work I would use them."

"We were very satisfied with our second story addition. They have a good work ethic, they showed up every morning early to work. They made sure we were satisfied with the results. When we had a leak they came right away to fix it. I would highly recommend them for your next home improvement project. We have received many compliments on our new addition."

"He did an awesome job in landscaping and remodel a room. He was professional and very polite"

I am a licensed general contractor who specializes in: Construction of custom built decks, porches, pergolas, shades, storage sheds, and flat roof coatings. I also undertake home repairs, remodels, additions, and new construction (as long as it's within my capacities and standards. I'm very careful with bigger jobs). I've been in construction since 2004 performing general residential and commercial construction work. I take pride in my work big and small. I work with a small, trusted crew. We're not the fast and the furious but don't take forever either. We take enough time to finish good work within the time allotted for the job. I don't like coming back for petty warranty work so we do it right from the get go. I take satisfaction in happy customers and life long clients.

I have been in business more then 10 years and have 20 years of experience. I have worked in military bases, schools and government buildings. We also had a contract with homeland security. I don’t just do commercial, I also do residential which is a big industry right now. I understand now everyone wants home automation and or custom installations in their homes. I feel that my experience and knowledge of cutting edge equipment and installation can really assist people who do not know and or cannot install these special systems. \nFor the past 5 years we have started a new chapter in our company. Remolding and construction is something that we are excited to be apart of. At this moment we have full remodeling 6 homes and multiple baths and kitchens. In addition we have done general landscaping and pergolas. \n
