"We had the most wonderful experience with this company. We desperately wanted our basement finished before the arrival of our second child. Misael got it finished even faster than we anticipated. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out. The price was exactly what was discussed (no hidden costs in the end). We would hire him in again in a heartbeat to do any home renovations."

"From the day we hired Nicopal for bathroom remodel to the day they finished the project everything was smooth and super! Vincent was one of the best contractor we hired for bath remodel. Reasonably priced, fabulous work by his team (Jaime & others). We did 2.5bath renovation out of which the master bath was a remodel too. All of them look amazing and inviting! Would definitely recommend Nicopal Constructions for any bathroom projects."

"We just finished a home addition with BMR Belmax Remodeling, and we could not be happier. We have worked with many contractors over the years, but Max and his team were the best by far. From the first meeting, Max was involved every step of the way, making sure we were happy with the progress. He provided detailed architectural drawings and a 3D rendering that made it easy to picture the final design. Max handled everything—from permits and materials to planning and organizing the project. Our addition included a new kitchen, bathroom, living room, deck, and laundry room. Even with such a big project, the process was smooth and stress-free.The quality of their work is amazing, and they were so easy to work with. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and highly recommend BMR Belmax Remodeling!"

"The contractors were pleasant to work with. Long project, but very happy with result."

"Finally we found a contractor (All Star Residential General Contractors) who had innovative solutions to our renovation needs. All Star's owner, Bill Embley approached the bathroom projects as a challenge rather than a nuisance. He and his crew Cisco and Derek worked together to solve any design obstacles. One such obstacle was the installation of an extra-large bathtub not intended for a manufactured home. All Star was able to make custom modification to the tub’s support foundation, that allowed it to fit beautifully in a space that other contractors said was impossible. The All Star team was very polite and respectful and were a pleasure to be around. Bill the owner was there every day to ensure proper design execution. He also included extras at no additional costs. The entire team seemed trust worthy and delivered excellent results, which were far beyond our expectations. We are delighted with our new bathrooms and at the fair price we paid for the work. We recommend using All Star Residential General Contractors, as we would not hesitate hiring again."

"Had to reschedule my original appointment due to their late arrival for the first scheduled time. The office admin was helpful in taking care of that. Once they did arrive on a later date, the work was done quickly, efficiently and of high-quality. I will consider them for an additional project in the future."

"We love our basement remodel. Peter, Alex and his team were here when they said theyâ d be here, completed the job as described, and kept us updated along the way. The basement now looks and feels clean and bright. The additional space doesnâ t feel like a basement at all and is enjoyed by the whole family. We highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"This is an overdue review. I hired Bernie and his team for a kitchen remodel in June 2021, after he did an excellent job with my three bathrooms in 2020. The kitchen remodel was also excellent. His works are efficient, hardworking and clean. My remodel took two weeks, as he had quoted and for the exact price he had quoted. I would hire him and his team again and I referred them to a coworker for her bathroom project. She was also very pleased with their work."

"They did a great job on a bathroom remodel. Attention to detail, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a beautiful job on the tile and granite and glass door installation and they even helped me save and refinish an old oak vanity and mirror. Highly recommend."

"I am a Realtor and also remodel houses for a living. For the second time now, Peter Burley, CEO, and the NJSA Team helped me reorganize an unpleasant and awkward house, which was cramped and dysfunctional and went unsold for years. Once again, being able to open the home to a highly-efficient, fully-integrated sunroom allowed us to effectively turn the house around, with all spaces leading to this beautiful gathering room, that embraces the patio and private backyard. The addition reinvented the flow and function of the house, and extending the kitchen into the greatroom allowed in turn the sunlight to flood the home. Visitors and fellow Realtors express their delight in how an otherwise pretty ordinary house can be truly transformed into this fully-enjoyable home. NJSA also did a gorgeous job in refinishing the second floor with an expansive apartment and gracious master bath, tucked into a new dormer. Being able to rely upon a single builder - with over 30 years experience and such high standards and work ethics - to remodel from the studs and replace all systems, utilities, roof, windows... is quite an advantage. Being able to hire the exclusive area designer and installer of the industry-leading LivingSpace and K2 products is a privilege indeed. NJSA stays on the job, non-stop until completion, and stands out for respecting its quotes, budget and deadlines. And yet, Andy Chief of Operations, and his tradesmen will solve every problem they encounter - not I ;-) - and will do so as a matter of course, seemingly effortlessly, alleviating all conflicts and stress usually associated with remodeling a home. Dedicated members of the NJSA team will also develop a smooth and respectful relationship with the building department: thanks to this, I had a certificate of completion barely 4 months after I closed on the property. As the project progresses, the praise and trust of the inspectors grows with every inspection: such rapport greatly affects the outcome and is most beneficial to my business. Time and again, NJSA's prices for a job done right are competitive, and their reputation and the quality of their workmanship are selling points when it is time to put the property on the market.
