I know they build quality because I watched the attention to detail and selection of quality materials that last. In 16 years, I've had only minor/expected maintenance issues. Everything still works. "My wife and I had Rick and Bordeaux Luxury Homes completely remodel our guest house last year (2019). We spent about three years trying to find a contractor who would either return our calls, see our house or provide a quote once they did see our house. Rick was the first contractor, of at least five, who contacted us, made an appointment, kept the appointment, and then followed up with a design plan and a quote. He was very good at explaining what to expect during the remodel process and providing remodel recommendations. Also, every Sunday throughout the remodel, he emailed us that weekâ s plan so that we knew what expect and which decisions we had to each week. We have an older home, about 75 years old, which needed extensive work both inside and out. We tried to maintain as much of the historic feel of the house while adding a modern, lighter, airier feel. Rick and his staff did that. Additionally, we had numerous special requests, e.g. replace a steel awning with an updated canvas awning, add an upstairs, screened-in deck, and retain but update the houseâ s wood/textured exterior, and Rick did a great job accomplishing those requests. We also had some unexpected obstacles arise during the remodel which Rick was able to work through. We originally didnâ t plan to replace the roof, but Rick found that we had a leak which would have caused future problems if not fixed. Rick has a pretty extensive team of subcontractors which made it easy to roll the reroofing into our existing remodel without delaying the overall project finish date. Overall, we are very happy with the remodel and feel that we now have a showcase guest house. Rick and staff exceeded our customer service expectations, gave and met realistic deadline expectations, and left us with a beautiful that weâ re proud to show off to guests."

The salesman, Nick, allowed me the time required to make my purchase decision. The installers, Braxton, Jamie and Mike, completed the installation, clean-up and demonstration that all sliders worked; leaving me with minimal follow-up work to do (touch-up paint on hardie board siding/molding, vacuuming). I wish that contacting the front office was a bit easier; however, we were eventually able to make same day contact. I went with this company after interviewing Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears and Titan. I had considered aluminum windows (easily talked out of) and the Anderson Windows (too pricey).

I will not post a price, because it varies with the number of windows, window design and materials (vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum, compost). I would suggest having two window options in mind and getting at least three estimates on those two options. I research Consumer Report for window types; and Home Advisor and Angie's List for companies having quality installation and warranties.
