When I was getting quotes from companies, Mike went into the most detail and made it clear that he would consider all aspects of the project. He priced out a few options so I could see what each addition would cost in making my decision. Once the project started, the employees I encountered were professional and clearly took pride in doing their work well. Mike communicated frequently to update me on the next steps. The end result surpassed my expectations!"

Good customer service and very responsive to email questions throughout the project.  We had an early surprise at the start of the project, not to vendor's doing, and they were very responsive in identifying a solution and cost.  We added a few things along the way and again they were very responsive in giving us a price and timing.  We had problems with a consistent finish on the new wood flooring and while I would have preferred a faster response to correct the problem I know that it is not always that simple when working with subcontractors and their schedule.  The 'quality' of the work is truly the best and I would hire Craftsman Renovations for future projects.

"The project took about 6 hours to complete over 2 days. The workers skillfully and efficiently installed our marble subway tiles and politely checked in with us while working to confirm our expectations for the installation. Overall, we're beyond pleased with the results. Before we hired PROFI LLC, we had most of our kitchen remodeled (new counter top, cabinetry, appliances, but same floor tiling). "Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."
