When I was getting quotes from companies, Mike went into the most detail and made it clear that he would consider all aspects of the project. He priced out a few options so I could see what each addition would cost in making my decision. Once the project started, the employees I encountered were professional and clearly took pride in doing their work well. Mike communicated frequently to update me on the next steps. The end result surpassed my expectations!"

We had a rental property that was broken into.  We called Dan and his initial concern was whether or not the house could be secured before he got out there.  This was a very thoughtful in my opinion!  :-)

Dan got to the property as soon as he could and we discussed the best way to fix the damaged door and locking mechanism.  Once we all agreed to the best way to handle the situation, Dan proceeded to complete this project.

My husband and I also had Dan repair another door in the house that had been damaged.  This repair took more woodworking skill and time and he did a great job.

We would definitely hire Dan and his company to perform more repairs on our home.  Very positive experience.

The workers skillfully and efficiently installed our marble subway tiles and politely checked in with us while working to confirm our expectations for the installation. Overall, we're beyond pleased with the results. Before we hired PROFI LLC, we had most of our kitchen remodeled (new counter top, cabinetry, appliances, but same floor tiling). "Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."
