"Product knowledge exemplary. Workers were in my home each morning at 8:00am. Once the job started, workmen never missed a day. The barrier they set up sufficiently isolated demo, debris, work dust, from the rest of my home. Every single day, they cleaned and vacuumed. The workers were gentlemen and completely trustworthy. I had a guest bathroom, master bath and laundry room completely gutted and redesigned. The finished projects are impeccable and absolutely beautiful. I canât say enough about Vlad, the owner and Bogdan, his foreman and, in my opinion, artist. I have never seen craftsmanship like this! Yes, there were one or two problems along the way but each was solved by Vlad amounting to ânot a wrinkleâ for us! "We hired ANDATE Construction to remodel the second floor of our home. It would be one thing to say that we are satisfied with the quality of work provided by Dan and his crew at ANDATE, but these guys deserve much better than that. Chris, who seemed to be the Project Manager on site, made sure everything went smoothly day-to-day and was extremely helpful anytime we had questions or concerns - this guy really knows his stuff. Every member of the crew were relentless in their work ethic. My wife and I were astonished by the amount of progress after each day. Bottom line is that: 1. The quality of work was outstanding. 2. The cost of services was reasonable and fair. 3. Each one of the guys that worked on the job were professionals in their crafts. 4. These guys show up when they say they're going to be there and the job is finished on time. "John and his crew installed about 430 sq ft of porcelain tile in my kitchen, foyer, bathroom, washer area & coat closet. I was very worried about the job, since it cuts my house in half and wouldn't allow access from the den/dining area (which was set up as our mock kitchen). John was very good in working with this concern, laying out ply-wood on the mud for us to cross over the foyer, and using a quick drying thinset for the tiles in that area as well. He also was very good in offering his expert advice on how to lay the tile out (what would look best). The job was finished on time and the price was very good (no surprises too). I would definitely use Stone Magic again. The tile job also looks great!"
