"Nicholas did outstanding work for a really tricky project. He was able to rebuild a section of drywall around our chimney in preparation for selling our home. He worked quickly, efficiently, and showed excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Nicholas for any drywall work you need to have done in your home."

"I live out of state, and needed exterior (rebuild deck and fencing surrounding the house) and interior (repairs and repainting) renovation and repairs. Working with my property manager, we received several quotes. Chatel Construction was the most competitive, with the "smartest" approach to eliminate unnecessary costs. Since I live out of state, it was critical that the crew were reliable and trustworthy, since they would have access to the home without the owner present. Scott Chatel (owner) or a supervisor was onsite at all times. The results are outstanding. I will absolutely engage Chatel Construction for our future repair and renovation needs."

"Greg & his team did a wonderful job on my renovation project, with exceptional marks for honesty and communication. Pricing was fair, and there was always confidence in the work itself: it's clear that Greg brought a tremendous amount of experience to the project, and he consistently ensured that work was done correctly (down to every last detail). I could not ask for a more reliable and honest person to deal with! Additionally, the scope of work changed on our project due to additional requests we had (our decision to re-do walls, install new lights, etc.) yet there was never any worry or concern on unfair pricing. Greg gets five-stars, and we will definitely work together again in the future."

"We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. Norman provided great design ideas that really increased the functionality of our space. The workmanship, attention to detail, and quality of materials was beyond our expectations. The team that came were very professional and easy to work with. We would definitely use Norman again for any remodels needed. We highly recommend him!!!"

"Total kitchen remodel came out as we had hoped.. Fine design workers were pleasant and always addressed any concerns that arose during construction. Finished on time and under budget.."

"Jeff did an AMAZING job remodeling my garage! He was polite, showed up on time every day and finished the project on time. He was amenable to any suggestions or changes I made along the way, and came up with some great ideas for the project. I couldn't be happier!!!"

"Jose Is a fantastic choice for a remodeling job. He fully remodeled my kitchen and first floor including moving walls and installing new hardwood floors. Not only are his carpentry skills exceptional but he also has an eye for detail. He is meticulous and finished each project to my high standards. Jose is a great choice as he has the skills and knowledge to fully complete any job from demo to finishing and painting."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."

"I am very pleased with my remodel. Dave was professional and his crew were on time, worked every day and took care of my house like it was their own!"
