"Ryan Seminario/Black Iron Construction installed a sliding door package in our living room. It was difficult to find someone willing to do a smaller project but Ryan was totally on board. This project required installing a header and re-constructing the wall to fit the doors, putting up drywall, sanding and texturing the wall and putting up new siding on the outside. He did a beautiful job! He paid attention to detail and got everything right. He is very good about communicating. Especially when he will be on site and what he will be working on. When he wasn't comfortable doing the wiring needed for our project, he was honest and upfront with me. We worked together and found an electrician to do it. He put up a plastic wall around the work area and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. I really appreciated that! I highly recommend Black Iron Construction for any project."

"I must say that we are highly pleased with the work completed by Valor Home Solutions. Ammaron spent most of one day with us working on a plan as to what we wanted as a finished product. At the end of our meeting, we knew what to expect in regard to cost in material, labor, and quality of work. This project involved remodeling a very old bathroom. The old tub was removed, a new modern walk-in shower was installed with all new plumbing, a new floor was installed and deteriorated wood replaced where needed, and a new vanity was installed. Valor Home Solutions did an excellent job at keeping communication open throughout the project. "I have hired Steve Ellis twice. Once was two years ago and the other was just this week. Both times he tore out floor tile that was installed incorrectly and then installed new floor tile. The first time was in the laundry room. Ditra mat was originally under the tile and was not thinset to the floor. So the tile was moving and grout was coming out where the traffic areas were. Tile came up in whole pieces. The second time Steve came he tore up the existing tile in the pantry, spare bath and master bath. All of which was incorrectly installed by someone else. Steve and Jeff installed new tile with backer board underneath. They did an excellent job! It looks beautiful! Very professionally done. I know, now, that my tile will NOT move because it is installed correctly. I would not use anyone else to do any work that I need done. The pricing is fair, the resulting work is excellent and they were on time each day and completed the job when they said they would. I couldn't have asked for a better job from Steve and Jeff. I have had very bad experiences with OTHER contractors in the past 40+ years. So I know a good/excellent job when I experience it."
