"WR Builders was extremally professional and flexible to schedule work with other contractors in a remodel of my kitchen. Clean, prompt, and reliable, excellent craftsmanship."

"Mike is the most responsive contractor I've worked with. From initial estimate to daily contact. Through his experience he has found a fantastic network of cabinet design/suppliers, plumbers, painters, tile installers , and hard wood floor refinishers/installers. They are truly top notch. He also has a great reputation with the permit/inspection people. When doing a remodel project things are always going to come up and Mike is all about finding a quick solution. I am beyond happy with how my entire house has turned out. Mike gets hired for a lot of repeat business/additional projects and that speaks volumes as well. Don't hesitate to give him a call"

"I called Joe at SILMAC to gut and remodel my bathroom. I had used him and his company 15 years ago to remodel my entire apartment in Back Bay and he had done a fantastic job. Happy to say Joe and SILMAC have not lost a step. The bathroom came out beautifully. Joe listens carefully and gives you exactly what you want."

"Edian has the expertise to make renovations in older houses (where nothing is plumb or square) work! I am thrilled with the workmanship , and quality of the results. I will definitely reach out in the future for other remodeling projects."

"Jason who is the owner was very professional and courteous. They did a great job. We are already planning on them remodeling our master bathroom in the future. We would highly recommend them."

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. They kept us abreast of the project's updates and always made suggestions for ways to improve the work for aesthetics and/or cost savings ideas. Scott’s work was beautiful and he and his crew paid attention to every detail. The majority of the house required a gut renovation and it came out exquisite. Even after the job was complete, he was always available for questions. I would highly recommend using them for any job you have."

"We hired Bob for the second time after having a very positive experience with him the first time around. We collected a number of tasks for him to repair, including: Rot in the front door frame, diagnosing some leakage issues that we had in the basement, repairing additional exterior rot and repairing / cleaning our dryer vent. As always, Bob handled them methodically and exceptionally. Great quality of work which also successfully stopped the leaks in our basement. Would recommend him again in a heartbeat"

"Our house is 50+ years old and had the original casement windows, which were starting to fail. In addition, the exterior of our house need to be painted and there were a great deal of shingles or trim that was rotted and needed to be replaced. George and his team did an outstanding job, kept us informed as they went along and completed everything on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier with how the house looks. I would highly recommend Mavridis Contratcing to anyone looking for a contractor."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Excellent! We hired Sanfer and his team after meeting with him a few times and checking references. We really liked his can-do attitude and flexibility. He was easy to talk to and had some design ideas that we chose over the architects. He is a strong builder, meaning he doesnt skimp on making it well made. That was important to me. He has a really great finish carpenter too. Shout out to Edgard! Our remodel was a 4 room, bathroom, 2 floor addition (now a walk out basement/first floor) to accommodate an inlaw apt on the ground floor and office and living room on the first. We also had a small elevator added between the two floors. The pricing was right down the middle compared to others. The elevator installers remarked that the hoistway was the best built they had worked with, which was important since it needed to be within a quarter inch of plumb at any point. We used Sanfer for other smaller add ons and would hire them again for a large or smaller job."
