"We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent. When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. I cannot tell you how much we love this new space! In addition we updated a bedroom space and installed recessed lighting. Everything came out perfectly. And him and his crew were so professional and got the work done in a timely manner - honestly I could not say enough good things about the experience. "Job was done well in the beginning. Within a week I noticed small cracks in the grout start to appear. I reached out to company not only for the repair but to actually hire for an additional job I was doing on my house. After I showed him the cracks in the grout he said it would be no problem and would come back to take care of it. Never heard back and phone calls/texts were ignored. I ended up filling the cracks on my own. Would have been 5 stars had he just come back"

"I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Using Angie, I found two contractors I liked for the job, but hired Hector Santucci because he presented a better plan for the restoration of that portion of the driveway that was going to be damaged while removing the old wall. Santucci Brothers has shown me there are good, professional, honest contractors out there, if you just take the time to find them. Hector Santucci and his crew were professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. These are some true craftsmen. Not only is my new wall massive, strong, built to last, but it's quite beautiful. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient."

"Lenny and team did a fantastic job on our kitchen (and entire first floor) remodel project. From first meet, to quick/fair quote (no haggling/negotiation necessary) to the endless patience he displayed as we debated endlessly about what style to go with and all the individual choices that go along with it. He came to the stores with us to talk through options and the pros and cons of the materials and was available anytime we wanted to chat. When it came to doing the work, it couldn't have gone smoother. Fast execution. High quality work. Daily clean up (zero mess in or outside the house during). When we didn't like some of the choices we made (paint, etc), Lenny made the changes with zero fuss. There are many examples throughout the project where the team went above and beyond and finished right on time.
