"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. "Hired this company after interviewing two other companies to remodel my kitchen. My husband and I were saving for quite some years to have this project done so we wanted the best contractor that we trusted to do the work. They came in to our home (on time with the appointment) and explained every detail about the job step by step. We really appreciated this and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. John the sales rep was willing to spend as much time needed to answer our questions. We did not get the same sense of patience from other contractors. "TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"
