The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. "I've hired Misael several times and I'm very pleased with the outcome as well as Misael's professionalism throughout every project. Estimates are fully documented in line-item form and accurate. Very neat and does his best to minimize impact to daily living. Most recently, we had a basement completely refinished. The job was completed quickly, on budget, and with good quality workmanship. He also had great recommendations for design/materials. Previously, he completed a full bathroom remodel. That was a challenging project for a number of reasons - but Misael persevered through the problems and the resulting bathroom is terrific. I can't recommend CFI enough."

"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. I was thrilled by the outcome and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them, and I plan to use them in the future."

"Hired this company after interviewing two other companies to remodel my kitchen. My husband and I were saving for quite some years to have this project done so we wanted the best contractor that we trusted to do the work. They came in to our home (on time with the appointment) and explained every detail about the job step by step. We really appreciated this and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. "FANTASTIC JOB! Our 100 year old house looks brand new. Crew was early on the job each day and worked very hard at all times. Clean and organized. They were fast and the work is impeccable. Many neighbors and passers by have said what an amazing job they did. We agree! Painted our big front porch and our light fixtures too! We were going to buy new ones — now no need! Like brand new also. That alone saved about $800!! Cannot say enough about how great it all looks. They also worked on a flood issue on our stairwell landing for us last year. That work was done quickly and thoroughly, too."

"Ideally, 3 seperate reviews should be done, because i interfaced with 3 seperate people. basically the technicians were punctual and friendly. the first technician, John was just at my apt for drywall repairs. He is on the verge of retirement (in his 60s) and didn't do a good job. the next day the paint was peeling/cracking. Then I emailed/called Anne Sheridan (who answers the phone) since Mr. Handyman has a guarantee on their work. She basically accused me of lying and we had to go back and forth at least 4 times over email and have a long winded phone call just to have a return technician to resolve the situation. So Anne can improve her soft skills; it shouldn't be a hassle to resolve a situation. I also asked that her manager call me, but I never got a call. Finally another technician, Michael O'Donnell was sent out. He was not just friendly, but also great at his job. When he left the drywall looked good and stayed that way. I also needed additional work done (shelving and door locks) which Michael repaired quickly and effectively. Mr. Handyman is a little pricey though...I wish the hourly rate was more affordable. However, the friendliness, vetting, punctuality, and competence of the technicians as well as the guarantee makes their service worthwhile."
