"The work completed was of the highest quality. Danny, the owner of DM Building, is a fair and honest business owner, and very responsive. He has a very skilled group of people and they did a great job from start to finish. Our foreman, Scott, who treated the project like it was his own home, provided excellent guidance and help throughout the remodel. The attention to detail was impressive and suggestions were made along the way which made the house even better. Most of the workers are employees which helps in scheduling work. We did work with some contractors recommended and managed by DM Building for kitchen and laundry cabinets, as well as tiling and flooring--and they were professional and did excellent work. In my case, I had never done a remodel and my husband was the main contact in initiating the work. Unfortunately, he died when we were in the middle of the rebuild. Danny, Scott and his crew were very supportive and helped me through the remodel, over and above my expectations, accommodating additional changes and working with me to get everything completed. The house is beautiful."

"My relative has been living in the same condo for over 50 years and finally agreed to have the junk acquired hauled away. During this process mold was found in a bedroom and kitchen wall. Al, the owner/manager, had given me a reasonable estimate in the beginning, and after finding the mold, another reasonable estimate was given. All work done was professional and on time. One full bath had a new floor installed and a new toilet installed. One bedroom wall needed new baseboard, installation, and painting. that bedroom needed new carpet installed. One kitchen wall was sanded and painted. Whole condo was deep cleaned. All work was excellent."

"Above and beyond - cordial, hard-working, no time wasted."

"Hired them to remodel and extend my bathroom. Igor and his team were incredible! Professional, punctual and honest. Very happy with the result!"

"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work. They are easy people to work with. They came through for me. Dan"

"I cannot express how thrilled I am with the incredible job that Fausto’s Construction did remodeling my kitchen, dining room, and downstairs bathroom! From the initial consultation to the final touches, Fausto’s Construction demonstrated professionalism, skill, and dedication to excellence. My old kitchen, dining room, and downstairs bathroom have been completely transformed into stunning, functional spaces that my family and I now love spending a lot of time in. Additionally, Fausto’s Construction managed to replace my entire flooring that was damaged by a burst pipe with such expertise and looks like a brand new house. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are truly top-notch. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and Saul Fausto, the owner of Fausto’s Construction, always kept my husband and I informed about the progress and any decisions that needed to be made. They were punctual, respectful, and left my home clean and tidy at the end of each workday."

"I am thrilled with my newly remodeled bathroom! The team was prompt, courteous, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to understand my vision, suggesting upgrades that improved both function and aesthetics. The work was done on time and with minimal disruption to my daily life. The final result is better than I imagined â a gorgeous, modern bathroom that feels like a luxury retreat. I highly recommend this remodeling service to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service."

"This company is absolutely the greatest!!! We worked on two projects with them. The room addition about 2 years ago came out flawless and the process went smoothly; plans were correct the first time; all inspections were passed; the project was on time. The second time, we remodeled our kitchen: replaced cabinets (custom), new countertops (white marble - very trendy), paint, and flooring. I suggest everyone who is thinking to undergo remodeling or construction to consider Precision first. They would not disappoint!!! Utmost professionalism and the best customer service."

"We recently needed to replace a kitchen garden window because the original window had grown cloudy. Although the project was not huge, it required installation of a specially built California Classic window around an existing granite counter-top inside as well as working around the existing stucco outside. Our project was rejected by the larger and well-known window companies but D&L Builders was ready and willing to take it on. Oded Friedman demonstrated the knowledge and creativity required of this project and had the right skills to solve potential problems. We were completely impressed by the quality of the sub contractors that Oded engaged including a window installation specialist, a granite specialist and ultimately a tile specialist. All of these subs were trusted and vetted and did such perfect work including complete clean-up, it was amazing. D&L did all of this at a very fair price. Again, we needed a real contractor for this, not just a handy man, and D&L was willing to take it on. At the end of the day, this window from both the inside where the granite counter is and the outside that we chose to trim with tile on the stucco is more beautiful and pleasing than the original window. There is no question that if we should have any additional remodeling types of projects, we will contact Gonen and Oded at D&L Builders and you should too!"
