"We hired Rowe Builders to remodel our master bath. Several years ago, we had hired Ryan's company to remodel three other bathrooms in our house. Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. Once again Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile. While only a small portion had been completed, Ryan was more than willing to start over. We have had no issues with this current project or with any of the other bathrooms they completed for us. We weren't looking to remodel our entire kitchen. We called Frank's company after reading reviews on Angie's List. Frank came to our house and listened to our needs & concerns. He and his crew had great suggestions, ideas, and options on how to make our kitchen updated, functional, & aesthetic looking, all while keeping the cost within our budget. We had our kitchen updated with paint, new cabinet doors, a new backsplash, & kitchen knobs. This can be challenging during a Covid-19 pandemic but Frank & his crew made it work within our schedule. He and his crew were professional and pleasure to work with. The price was very competive as we had a few bids that were 2-3 times Handyman Pros price. The workmanship was excellent, the construction was timely and the finished products was great. "My wife and I made the decision to remodel our kitchen but had no idea what we were doing and only a vague vision of what we wanted it to look like. Ed met with us at our house and brought numerous samples of cabinet doors, flooring and counter tops. He spoke with us at length about our vision for the home and helped us figure out a design. He was upfront and honest, assuring us his company would not be the lowest bid but the quality of their work was unmatched, which ultimately held true. He encouraged us to seek additional bids but after meeting with him we weren't interested in doing so. We hired them to redo our flooring for the majority of the second level of our home and completely remodel our kitchen. It took us a long time to pick our materials and I repeatedly bounced ideas off of Ed. Once we had everything picked out Ed ordered the materials and gave us a time frame for when the job would start. We rented a dumpster to do the demolition ourselves. The company ended up delayed on another job and the start date was pushed back a week. Without us asking, Ed contacted the dumpster company and paid for an extended rental so we wouldn't have to remove everything early. That meant a lot to us. When they started the job was primarily completed by Johnny and Frank. They were always on time, were polite, professional and always willing to address our concerns. They worked in our house when we weren't home and even when we were on vacation, we had no issues whatsoever. When the job was close to complete, Johnny went as far as to clean our upstairs and arrange the furniture to look nice for us. They really go above and beyond. We could not be happier with the work they did. Our kitchen is beautiful now, we are so glad we decided to work with Master Craft and Design. To anyone reading this review, hire this company. Do not waste your time dealing with anyone else."

"It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. Ricky is a very clever and experienced guy, fantastic. Throughout the short journey was Ivona. Ivona is very responsive and gets back to you immediately. They are so lucky to have her. Thank you again Ivona, Ricky and the guys. I am so glad I went with this company. I love my garage."
