"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"Paul was extremely professional and he even went beyond what was originally asked of him.
- Paul and two of his co-workers removed all of the drywall, plus the wall and floor tiles, tub, and toilet, and hauled away all of the debris.
- Some of the plumbing had to be redone as Paul found some rusting pipes in the wall.  He told the building engineer about this issue since the pipe actually belonged to the neighbor across from me and he was given permission to fix this pipe.  He was compensated from the condo association for this additional work.
- The first thing to be installed was a custom one-piece show base purchased from Corna Kitchen Bath & Tile.
- They installed new drywall, wall tile was installed and grouted, and then new floor tile was installed.
- They installed a hand held shower faucet, a rein shower, recessed lighting in the ceiling, and a sliding glass shower door.
- The entire bathroom was primed and painted.
- A new toilet was installed, plus a new vanity, vanity sink, faucet, mirror, and lighting.
I have to say that this work was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled.  Even the engineer in the building commented to me about how neat Paul was after everything was torn down.  Plus after the job was completed, he took pictures of the work and about a week later, he called me asking for Paul's phone number so he could recommend him for another job in the building.
We did spend quite a bit on the materials (approx. $8,000) as we bought everything from Studio 41 and Corna Kitchen Bath & Tile. But I have to say that everything we bought was worth it and the bathroom now looks amazing!
Thanks Paul.

"We had more than 80% of the old house remodeled with new additions. It’s a daunting task and huge project. However, Dimitritis and Joshua made it easy and did a great job in completing our dream home. Joshua was fantastic managing the daily tasks and excellent with details. They were very responsive in re-addressing even with minor adjustments. Definitely recommend."

"TMB has been doing work for me for decades, starting in 2010 with 2 bathroom remodels. In addition, TMB has done my hardwood floors, another master bathroom and a fireplace mantle. Highly Recommended!! Highly Recommended!!"

"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed. They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"This is the second time I've contracted Lupfer Builders - this time for two bathroom remodeling project and a closet expansion. Dave Lupfer is very knowledgeable and responsive/communicative. I had very specific specifications and designs in mind which he carefully noted. Where I was unsure, he offered expert advise. His team was very professional, skilled, and careful. They always consulted me when decision points surfaced in the project without making assuptions about what I wanted. The bathrooms and closet turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend him and his team."

"We hired Excellent Construction after seeing the basement remodeling work they did for our son. Their work sold us. In addition to kitchen work, we had work done in a bathroom and refaced our fireplace. Once again, they demonstrated pride in their work, attention to detail and great communication. They showed up on time, and left the work site spotless. We are very happy with the quality of work and will definitely keep their contact info for future work. Highly recommend."
