"Simply put, I could not recommend them enough. They were flexible and made the process easy. As this was our first rehab, this one took 18+ months due to legal and zoning. Throughout the entire process, James Construction group was happy to wait and consult as needed. I feel many companies may have moved on during this lull in our project and left us out. Once we finally got all the right paper work, they moved very quickly to rehab our house. All the while, we lived in the basement. Every contractor that came through for them was very nice and kept things as clean as possible (construction is always going to be dusty to a degree). As for the finishing, they made that easy too by allowing us to pick the big design elements but handled most of the "small finishes" that go overlooked but are a massive headache for the home owner. For example, baseboard trim was something we weren't very passionate about and let the company match up to our style - it looked great! With any construction project, there's bound to be change orders. James Construction was always flexible, assisting in anyway they could. We had an extra last-minute bath remodel that they team executed flawlessly, even though many of the contractors that were needed for the project had already done their jobs on the bigger parts of the houses. With the finished product, we couldn't be happier. If you have a rehab or want to upgrade, this is the right company for you. They're budget friendly, too!"

"We needed crown molding & painting in 3 of our rooms, dining, living, and den. Nermin came to the house and took measurements. The next day he emailed us a quote for material and labor. We then agreed to terms and a date to begin the project. Nermin brought his crew on the agreed date and they were able to complete the project in one day. Our house is old and the ceiling/walls are uneven. Therefore, Nermin had to do extra work to acheive the right fit. The end result is gorgeous...paint and all! "Kris is THE BEST! He is very responsive - I called and he came the next day (on a Saturday) to look at my project and take measurements. He emailed me the quote within a couple days. He brought samples of counter and cabinet options, and he supplied all the major finishing materials including tub and toilet. I really appreciated that since I didn't want to purchase those items myself and have to deal with delivery headaches. I also think I would have spent more on the total renovation if I'd have had to supply those myself. His prices are very reasonable - it's fabulous quality of work! The tiling looks amazing! Seriously amazing! The custom vanity looks great too and has soft close drawers/cabinets. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and it definitely shows! 

Kris did the work himself with one other person. He was onsite throughout the project, which I really appreciate. The process was painless. Our house was kept clean and we felt totally comfortable with them working in our house while we were at work. We communicated during the days through phone calls and texts. He's really accommodating too. I needed him to come really early one day and he was able to make that work for me. And I asked if we could add on tiling our laundry room floor that week which he fit in too. Can't recommend him enough! In fact, we are having him remodel another bathroom for us in a couple months. He's just great!
