We are a small family business with a big family heart! I have 4 children and an amazing wife that I live for! I started this business when my wife was pregnant with our first. She is now coming up on 5 years old. We recently relocated to Okaloosa county florida.We are here to stay. I have been in the residential construction line of work for 12 years. I love what I do! Making someones home change for the better, and working with the client through out the process is my kind of challange. I love showing the final product and seeing the look on the clients face when we finish! At the end of each job, I can say to myself ( we upgraded not just their home, but their lives).

"I highly recommend Martinez Wood Floors. It is a family owned business. Miguel and his brother, the sons of the founder, resealed my hard wood floors for me. Miguel answered all my questions (of which I always have many) and gave me all the information I needed to research the various options available and the pros and cons of each. Ultimately I decided to go with the combination of water based sealers that Miguel suggested. Miguel has great attention to detail. He went above and beyond the original scope of work, at no additional cost to me, to make sure that my floors looked perfect. My floors look excellent now and my family and I will enjoy them for many years."

"Three years ago we bought our home and it has been a constant remodel job. For about a year and a half we looked for a company that could build a covered porch on our patio in the back yard. After talking with numerous contractors, we can across E& E Sunrooms. We were very impressed with Eric and his knowledge. He gave us some very good ideas that we had not thought about. When his crew came to do the work, they were all very professional and always willing to answer any questions we may have.
