Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Tom and his crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient (with all of my nonsensical questions every 10 minutes), fair and honest. They were very professional yet friendly and down to earth. The perfect blend especially since they are going to be in and out of your house when you're there and when you're not. Within a day he came to review the scope of work, gave me a written proposal, and a start and finish date. Everything was done as promised, on time and for the agreed upon price.
