The dormer was a complicated project, requiring coordination of framers, roofers, painters, electricians, drywall installers, hardwood installers, and probably others I forgot to mention. He never tried to upsell us, or sell additional work — I had to ask him to look at our deteriorated front steps after work started on the dormer, and was happy that he could fit that project in for us, too. My project originally started out as a re-tiling of a shower that was over 30 years old, but based on his excellent work, I asked him to redo the whole bathroom. From the pictures you can see the transformation he and his team did in a short amount of time! I'm super happy with this work and have since hired him for other projects in my house. Ronal's prices are VERY reasonable and he works until you are satisfied with the work. Others quoted this remodel at $13,000 to $17,000 for labor only. With Ronal, the total cost for labor AND supplies was about $11,000. "Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product.
