The heavy doors and special additions to our pre war apartment had a lot of tricky challenges to overcome - uneven floors, leaky windows and radiators - Andy and Arta had a smart solution to any problem and the end result was beautiful. We have a brand new and updated "old detailed" apartment. It is a dream come true. All this was accomplished during the challenging time of the pandemic with many additional restrictions put on us in a building with many, many rules. Arta always had permits in good order, followed all building rules and there was never a single complaint from neighbors. It is so important to have building management not take issue with your contractor. We had no problems at all during a major project. Communication was excellent throughout our relationship. The Arta crew always came to work prepared and with a "no nonsense, get to work attitude" that you appreciate. They value your time and money invested in your project. Our estimate was very reasonable and we stayed perfectly on budget. I highly recommend Arta for projects big and small. They are true artisans and craftsmen and take pride in doing things right and making it right for thier customers. My building super asked if my apartment could be used as a showplace for neighbors to see during construction because it was asked about so often when word got out about our progress. All of our expectations were exceeded. There was never a question or change we asked for that was ever refused. We have already engaged Arta to renovate another apartment for a family member. We are very happy to have Arta Construction as our contractor. They earned our business and will continue to be our construction specialists."

"David was a big help in renovating our 125 yr old Brownstone — he did a lot of creative wood working to modernize the home but without looking its 19th Century’s charm. He replicated a lot of the century old woodwork and had inventive fixes for any problems that came up as they always do in old homes . They worked magic on my old plaster walls to refurbish and repaint them. Our bathroom reno is gorgeous. and he did a great job with our deck addition off our kitchen. "TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"

"Anthony's team has done an excellent job for our large scale condo renovations. When we bought our condo we completely remodeled both bathrooms, the kitchen, as well as redoing the floors. The work including helping navigate the NYC DOB permit process for our second bathroom and advising on how overhaul the plumbing in it since the prior owners had used a macerating waste toilet. In addition to finding great people to bring in for plumbing and electrical they also introduced us to the retailer for our kitchen cabinets & countertops which we absolutely love.
