"Perea Bros did a great job of fixing my 2 fence gates. I would recommend them and I will use them again for other projects."

"Israel did a fantastic job on restructuring and replacing our steep flagstone north stairway. He tore out and rebuilt front patio and pathways. He and his crew were most professional and cleaned up total areas completely. Highly recommend his work!"

"Kell did a great job! He was on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. He cleaned up after the work was completed and even went above and beyond by taking care of the mess the leaking sink had left on the cabinet floor. I will be calling on Cransten handyman and remodeling for my future needs."

"We hired David in 2025 to remodel our house's ground floor, after another contractor left us a mess that had to be repaired. The repair work alone involved new wall studs, drywall, paint and the associated wiring. We went on from there to replace flooring and remodel a bathroom, with new fixtures, tile floors and a tiled shower stall. He went out of his way to find tiles that had been discontinued so we could match what was in our other bathrooms. He also replaced a corroded heater flue on the roof. It really pays to work with a general contractor and his crew! He quoted me a good price for the work and stuck to it. David was very responsive to my questions and concerns and was a real pleasure to work with. And, of course, he has that all important thing...HONESTY. I'm writing this review in 2026 after I've lived with the remodel for a while, and can sincerely say that I've had no problems crop up on the work he did. As proof of that, I'm calling on him to do more work for me."

"Trevor exceeded my expectations in every way! He expertly handled multiple projects, from a seamless bathroom remodel to meticulous pressure washing and deck refinishing. Trevor's professionalism, punctuality, and relentless work ethic impressed me throughout. His attention to detail ensured flawless results. Best of all, his prices were incredibly competitive. I highly recommend Trevor for any project. His exceptional quality, Reliability, and value make him a true standout. RATED 5/5 STARS"

"Rick and his team were professional and focused throughout the project. The project included mudding, taping, sanding, and painting a bathroom remodel. They delivered a stellar product and we are very pleased with the results."

"Michael does excellent work. He has done several projects for us including fixing our washer and dryer closet so our machines fit better, fixing some laminate floor tiles, hanging a TV on our wall, hanging a large wall art in a stairway, and fixing the steps going down into our garage that were slanted . He comes up with the most efficient way of doing things, gives us a good price, cleans everything up and makes sure we’re happy with it. We plan on hiring him for some more flooring and some new lighting in our basement. I highly recommend him!"

"Did great work replacing a storm door and an exterior door for us - they look and work great, he even came back out six months later to make adjustments at no cost when one of them shifted a little with the weather."

"They did an entire house remodel for us, taking an 80s suburban house and transforming into a modern, open, and light-filled space. I am just thrilled with the way it turned out. I found the company to be thoughtful, respectful, and engaged. They responded immediately to any communication/questions I had, and helped me figure out some of the details of a really big project. The subcontractors were all great, too, with the exception of one."
