When I was getting quotes from companies, Mike went into the most detail and made it clear that he would consider all aspects of the project. He priced out a few options so I could see what each addition would cost in making my decision. Once the project started, the employees I encountered were professional and clearly took pride in doing their work well. Mike communicated frequently to update me on the next steps. The end result surpassed my expectations!"

"I have worked with Ben and Staci from Handy Rite 4-5 times now and always had great experiences. We have had woodpecker and weather damage to various parts of the cedar siding on our home spanning the past 3-4 years. The work involves removing the damaged siding, cutting new pieces and painting/replacing the cedar onto the house. In addition, just within the past week, Ben also came out with Vlad from his team to paint the front exterior of our home. "Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue.
