"Everything when smoothly and quicker than we could have expected. Our initial contact with was in early January. While the work was initially scheduled to be completed late February, Carl (owner) was able to push the work ahead a few weeks. Build time covered approximately two weeks. During the first week, the existing cover was removed. A cap was put on the existing patio by a contractor who works closely with Sheds and More (approx $2600 in addition to the $15000). The build started at the end of the first week and was completed by Wednesday of the following week. We are extremely pleased with the design execution. We asked for a non traditional wooden design and provided pictures of what we wanted. To complicate matters, the roof slope has a very low slope and there are two opposing roof lines in one of the corners. We wanted a ceiling height that would let us install ceiling fans. The other builders we talked to could not meet all these requests. Carl has been friendly, profession, and flexible. The crew working the job were timely and efficient, working with us as much as possible when any questions arose. While the costs may appear be a bit higher than expected, the quality of the finished product make it an extremely good value, in our opinion."

"Due to the size of our project, Allan and his team spent several months on our property. They were consistently honest, punctual, reliable, and delivered a quality product. My husband and I have flipped a few homes and understand the pains of flakey sub-contractors and shotty work all too well. Working with Allan was a nice break from those headaches. Anytime there were issues or concerns, they were promptly corrected and fairly addressed. I should also mention that they were always clean, which I really appreciated due to us living in the home that was being remodeled. They cleaned up every day after they were done and always kept the job site tidy. What I liked the most about Allan is that he manages his projects himself and checks in on his team's or any subs brought in to direct them and review their completed work. If they did something wrong Allan would point it out and tell us what he was doing to fix it versus hiding it. At the time of our project Allan seemed to run in the mid-range when it came to cost, but the peace of mind and quality work he delivers are well worth it. His team of skilled workers all seemed to have worked for him for years and I'm sure that's due to him paying them fair wages and not using undocumented laborers. During the year + he worked for us, we only saw 1 employee leave and always saw the same faces at our house. I can't say enough about how happy we are now with the finished property and how grateful we are to Allan and team. The decision on who to trust for large, stressful, and expensive home construction project is a big one. "If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "Moran Construction was hired to remodel our Dock House after it flooded over the July 4th Weekend. Gregg Moran called me back after I left a message on Sunday July 6th. He showed up at our house Monday July 7th & had a bid to us by 9th. He has done a fantastic job putting our Dock House back together! He is excellent at communication & does what he says he is going to do & when he is going to do it. We have hired him to do a few more repairs/projects around our house since the Dock House reconstruction is finished.
